Who will perform my Invisalign treatment?

Dr Andrea Phatouros completed her Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1991 at the University of Western Australia, where she then worked in private dental practice and subsequently became responsible for the first year dental program for undergraduate dental students. In 1994 she became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian Society of Dental Surgeons.
In 2005, Dr Phatouros completed her specialist training in Orthodontics at the University of Western Australia, where she was awarded the Postgraduate Clinical Award for Excellence in Clinical Presentation. Dr Phatouros continued working in specialist private practice in Perth, where she also continued teaching in Orthodontics for both the undergraduate dental program and the postgraduate orthodontic program.

- Eligible patient must have received SDC or the like clear aligner treatment within the previous 12 months from the date of case submission and are seeking re-treatment with Invisalign
- Invisalign case must be submitted with Invisalign between 22 Dec 2023 and 30 June 2024
- Eligible patient must provide proof of purchase of prior SDC or the like clear aligner treatment
- This offer is subject to approval by Invisalign by meeting the listed criteria
- Payment plans will be processed through Humm with fortnightly repayments via credit/debit card (direct debit). Patients may be required to put down a deposit of up to 30%. Set-up fees of up to $60 and transaction fees of up to $8 per month will be charged by Humm.
- Offer is not valid for patients who are already in treatment and/or who have signed an orthodontic agreement with Collins Street Orthodontics or White powered by smile solutions.
- Any medical and dental procedure, including orthodontics and Invisalign, carries some inherent risk; we advise you to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified dentist or registered specialist orthodontist before proceeding.
- Orthodontic/Invisalign treatment will only be performed by our orthodontists if it is deemed at the consultation visit that such treatment is required, and of benefit to the patient. Smile Solutions does not encourage and will not partake in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
- Informed consent will be sought prior to the commencement of any treatment, and the patient and our treating orthodontist will discuss the outcome expectations of the patient prior to the commencement of any treatment.
- Our treating Specialist Orthodontists will determine which course of orthodontic treatment is most suitable based on the patient’s previous orthodontic history, presenting dental condition, and outcome expectations.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer at Smile Solutions.
- Offer includes OPG and Lat Ceph X-rays which will be bulk billed by Medicare, or private health rebate only.
- Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening at Smile Solutions will be provided at completion of your orthodontic treatment depending on your payment method (valued at $375). Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening cannot be used separately and in-chair teeth whitening offer not redeemable for cash.
